Tabi
Last updated: 23 June 2026
Tabi (“the app”) is a personal subscription tracker. It is built to be private by default. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.
Tabi does not collect, sell, or share your personal data. There is no account, no login, and no advertising or third-party analytics. Your subscription information stays on your device.
Subscriptions you add (names, prices, dates, categories, icons, notes) are stored locally on your device using Apple’s on-device storage. If you enable iCloud sync, this data is synced through your own private iCloud account (Apple CloudKit) so it is available across your Apple devices. We never receive or have access to it.
If you import a subscription from a receipt or screenshot, the image is processed entirely on your device using Apple’s on-device text recognition. Images are not uploaded to us or anyone else.
The app downloads a catalog of service names and brand logos from our content server to help you pick services quickly. These requests retrieve public catalog data only — no personal or subscription data is ever sent with them.
Renewal reminders are scheduled locally on your device. They are not sent through any external server.
Because your data lives on your device (and optionally your iCloud account), you are in full control. Deleting a subscription removes it. Deleting the app removes its local data; iCloud data can be removed from your iCloud settings.
Tabi does not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the “Last updated” date above will change accordingly.
